The Support Tickets page in your homecoin dashboard gives you one place to create support requests, review public replies, and continue conversations with the homecoin team. It also shows tickets associated with your account email, including tickets that may have started through another support channel.
Before you begin
You must be signed in to your homecoin account and your account email must be verified. If verification is required, open Settings in the dashboard and follow the email-verification instructions.
Open Support Tickets
- Sign in to homecoin.
- Open your Dashboard.
- Under Account in the sidebar, select Support Tickets.
On your first visit, homecoin may need a few moments to find and prepare tickets associated with your account email.
View and filter your tickets
Select a ticket to see its public conversation and attachments. Use the filters above the ticket list to switch between:
- Open: New and open tickets that are still active.
- Pending: Tickets waiting for additional information or action.
- Solved/Closed: Completed tickets.
- All: Every ticket available to your account.
A CC'd label means your account email was copied on the ticket rather than being the original requester.
Understand unread indicators
The number beside Support Tickets in the dashboard sidebar counts tickets with a public homecoin reply that you have not viewed. Opening the conversation marks the visible reply as read.
A ticket can have the status New without showing an unread badge. The ticket status describes the support team's workflow; the badge only indicates whether there is a new homecoin reply for you to read.
Create a new support ticket
- Select New Ticket.
- Choose a category: Listing, Billing, Documents, Technical issue, or Other.
- Enter a short subject and describe what you need help with.
- Optionally attach supporting files.
- Select Create Ticket.
You can attach up to five files. Supported file types are PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG/JPEG, and ZIP, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file.
Reply to an existing ticket
- Select the ticket from the list.
- Review the public conversation.
- Enter your message, optionally attach files, and select Reply.
Replying to a ticket returns it to Open so the homecoin team can follow up. Closed tickets are read-only; create a new ticket if you need more help with a closed issue.
Attachments, formatting, and remote images
Public attachments can be viewed or downloaded from the conversation. Messages may include formatted text, tables, links, and images. For privacy, images hosted outside homecoin and Zendesk are blocked until you choose Load remote images.
The Support Tickets page displays only public replies and public attachments. Private internal notes are not shown.
If a ticket is missing or does not update
- Confirm that you are signed in with the same verified email address used as the ticket requester or CC.
- Allow an in-progress refresh to finish, then reload the page if needed.
- If the ticket is closed and you need additional help, create a new ticket.
- If homecoin cannot confirm whether a new ticket or reply was delivered, refresh the ticket list before trying again to avoid sending a duplicate.
