How Do I Close My Account?

Closing your account permanently prevents you from signing in or retrieving information from it. This action cannot be undone.

Before closing your account

• Download any photographs, messages, or invoices you want to keep.
• Return any rented lockboxes and request removal of any posts or signs.
• If you have an active MLS listing, first submit a request to withdraw or cancel it.
• Complete or cancel any pending orders.

Close your account

1. Sign in and open Account Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the outlined Close Your Account button.
3. Review the warning, confirm that you understand the closure is permanent, and select Close My Account.

Closing an account is different from other actions

• Closing your account permanently prevents future sign-in and access to account information. homecoin may still retain records required by law, including listing and order history.
• Withdrawing electronic consent keeps your account open but blocks new electronic signatures until you restore consent. It does not automatically cancel or change a property, listing, draft, order, or status.
