How to get a reset link.

“This password reset token is invalid”.

For security reasons, the password reset link that we email you will expire after a certain amount of time has passed. If you click the link and get an error message "token in invalid" then you should submit a new password reset request here: https://homecoin.com/password/email Note that every time you send a password reset email, the links in all the previous emails will expire - so once you submit the password reset request, wait until that email arrives (it may take a few minutes).

Receiving the error: “This password reset token is invalid”, one of the following issues is occurring:

1. The link is a reused password reset email which has already been successfully used.

2. The request to reset the password was submitted multiple times, and an older link is being used. The most recent reset link must be used. 

3. The reset email expired.

If you see this error, wait a moment, then request another “Forgot password?” link. Wait until you receive the email, ensure that you only request it once. Give the link some time to get sent over to your email.

You can also reset your password by going to the log in page and clicking the "Forgot Password" link.

NOTE: If you accidentally reported our email as spam, our email provider will no longer attempt to email you (as a safety precaution). We will have to clear the spam block from our email provider in order for you to receive any further emails from us.
