You can search our MLS coverage here. If we are a member of your local MLS, we can almost always list a rental property on that MLS.

How much does it cost to list a rental on the MLS?

Do MLS rental listings appear on Zillow/Trulia?

Starting in early 2021, the Zillow Rentals Network no longer displays rentals from the MLS, with the exception of the following MLSs, which will display on rentals Zillow:

• SE Florida (Miami) MLS
  
  • Beaches MLS and Martin Co MLS have a data share with SE Florida (Miami) MLS, so we can list the rental on SE Florida MLS and it will appear on Beaches MLS, Martin Co MLS, and websites (including Zillow).
• Southern Missouri MLS

Can I have a For Sale listing and a For Lease listing on the MLS for my property?

Yes, most MLSs allow both of these at the same time.

How can I show a For Sale listing on the MLS, but also have my rental listed on Zillow?

You can disable syndication from the MLS to websites (not typically recommended - more info here). The downside to disabling syndication from the MLS is that the For Sale listing no longer appears on other websites. If you do decide to list a rental through Zillow's Rental Manger they won't allow both a For Sale listing and a For Rent listing, but we can disable syndication from the MLS to make that work.

Am I able to disable the For Sale listing from appearing only on Zillow?

Unfortunately, no. Since Zillow is a broker, they get access to the same data feed as all other brokers. When we turn off syndication (the data feed), the listing stops going out to ALL websites.
