Log in to your homecoin account, then:
- Find your property on the dashboard and select Manage Listing.

- In MLS Listing Change - Step 1 of 2, select each item you want to change and provide the requested details. If the change is not shown, select Other and describe it in the text field.
- Select MLS Listing Change Step 2 to review the change summary.
- Complete every required signature authorization, then select Submit Change. If a fee is due, the button will say Submit Change With Payment.
Important: Making a change is a two-step process. Step 1 creates the change; Step 2 signs and submits it. homecoin will not receive the change until you submit it in Step 2.
Account access and signatures
Every required signer must have account access before a new signature can be added. The Sign and Manage screens show the action that matches each signer's current account state:
- Account setup required, Invitation sent, or Invitation expired: Use Send invitation or Resend invitation. The signer must personally finish the secure account-setup process.
- Verification required: Use Send verification email. An existing signer who already has a usable credential does not need a new account.
- Account access is ready: If another signer needs help returning to the Sign or Manage screen, use Send sign-in help. This does not create a password or disclose the signer's account details.
Each signer should sign from their own account using their homecoin password or their linked Apple, Google, or Microsoft account. If in-person secondary signing is available, the named signer must personally enter their own usable homecoin password and confirm their identity and intent. Never send or share a password, invitation link, or invitation token by email or text.
For more detail, see New Account Invitations, People & Roles, and Signing.
Electronic consent
A signer who has withdrawn electronic consent cannot create a new electronic MLS change or add a new signature. The signer must select Restore Electronic Consent and personally reaccept the current E-Sign Consent and Electronic Records Delivery before continuing.
Restoring account-level electronic consent does not sign the listing change. Each required signer must still take the separate action that confirms their intent to sign that specific change.
How many free changes do I get to my MLS listing?
You get 10 free changes to your MLS listing.
How much does it cost per change once I use all my free changes?
It is $5 per change after you use the 10 free changes. Most sellers never need more than the 10 free changes.
Can I put multiple changes on a single change request?
Yes. You can include as many changes as you need in one change request, and it counts as one change against your 10 free changes. For example, you can change the price, add an open house, and add five photos in a single request.
