How Can I Relist a Cancelled or Expired Listing?

You can quickly relist a cancelled or expired listing by going back to your original listing and clicking the link that appears at the top of the page (see screenshot below).

If the information does not copy over to the new listing, it is because we have updated the MLS listing form with new fields. If you do not want to enter all the information again, add the price on Page 1 and leave the fields on Pages 2–5 blank.

Click "Save & Continue" through the remaining pages. After the required signers sign and submit the order, let us know that you want us to copy the information from the old MLS listing by submitting a support ticket here.
