How Can I Relist a Cancelled or Expired Listing?

You can quickly relist cancelled or expired listings by going back to your original listing and clicking the link that appears at the top of the page (see screenshot below).

Note that if the information does not copy over to a new listing, it is because we have updated the MLS listing form with new fields. In that case, if you do not want to add all the information again, you can simply add the price and commission on Page 1 and then leave all fields blank on the rest of the form (Page 1 - 5). Once you sign and submit the order, just let us know that you want us to copy over the information from the old listing on the MLS. You can let us know by submitting a support ticket here.
