How Do I Hide My Email Address or Phone Number on the homecoin Public Listing?

Q: I have an MLS listing through homecoin and can see that there is a page on homecoin that shows my listing. How can I hide my email address or phone number on that page?

A: When we activate your MLS listing, we create a public page on homecoin where people can view the property. To hide your email address, remove your phone number, or update other details on that page:

1. Log in to your account and click your property.
2. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click Free FSBO Listing.
3. In the Contact step, check Hide email address? and remove the phone number if you do not want it displayed. Complete all steps to update your public listing on homecoin.

About the phone number in People & Roles

The property-specific phone number required for each Owner or Authorized Signer in People & Roles is private. homecoin uses it for operational contact and to help verify ownership. It is separate from the contact information in your MLS or Free FSBO Listing and is not published on the MLS, your homecoin public listing, or other public listing pages.

Changing your public-listing contact information or visibility settings does not remove or publish the private phone number stored in People & Roles.
