How long is the listing agreement for?

12 months.

Can I get a shorter listing agreement time period?

Yes, certainly - you can select the length of the listing agreement when you are filling out the MLS listing form on the website. Note that it is free to cancel at any time, so the longer time period is to your advantage.

If I have my listing off market (e.g. Withdrawn), does this time count against my 12 month listing period?

Yes, the 12 month listing period starts when the listing agreement is signed and continues without pause until cancelled or the 12 month period is up.

Are there any fees at closing to homecoin?

No. With the flat fee MLS listing, the only money we make is the upfront fee. This is spelt out in our listing agreement. Note that most flat fee MLS companies will collect a fee at closing (but we do not).
