With any of our flat fee MLS listings, we include any MLS showing management software for free. Nearly all MLSs have a showing management software of some kind incorporated directly into the MLS. This makes it easy for buyer/tenant agents to request showings and for sellers/landlords to respond.
We will setup your listing so that any showing requests from buyer agents go directly to you for approval, rejection, or rescheduling. Your local MLS typically uses one of the following showing management solutions:

- Limited Version: A few MLSs do not provide the full version of ShowingTime to us - the limited version doesn't allow us to set the owner as the point of contact, but we can still add your contact information and any lockbox info onto ShowingTime.
- Upgraded version available for additional flat fee of $45 that will cover for however long your listing is live on the MLS for.
- This will allow us add your contact information so that showing requests will go directly to you as the seller/landlord for you to accept or decline.

- Important Notes: BrokerBay does not have an app, however every time a showing is requested on your listing, you'll receive an email or text message. - The agent's phone number is not displayed to the seller (or seller contact) when the a showing request is received, that information is only supplied to the listing agent/broker. That information can be requested from homecoin.com

Aligned Showings

- Note that when sellers receive showing requests from buyer agents, the showing requests do not currently display the buyer agent contact information (this is something that Aligned Showings is working on fixing). You can reach out to our support team and we can provide the agent contact information.
- Unfortunately, Aligned Showings do not give the seller an option to see the agents contact information directly. That information would have to be forwarded to them from the Listing Agent.

Other Options
Sometimes the MLS does not have a default showing option, or the showing option provided may not be what you want (e.g. the ShowingTime limited version). Here are some other options:
- Setup a free Calendly account. You can then place the link you create in Calendly into the MLS and agents will use that to schedule showings.
