How Can I View Any Inquiry Emails I've Received From Websites, Agents, or Buyers?

Our software is setup to automatically forward most emails we receive from websites. Note that, in general, websites try to sell buyer leads to agents, as this is how they stay in business. The websites will forward us some leads though, which our software will automatically send to your email. You can view the leads that we have forward by doing the following:

1. Go to https://homecoin.com/dashboard (you may be asked to log in).
2. Find your property and click on it. ​
3. In the new screen that appears, click "Messages" on the left side of the screen.
4. There you will see any leads that you have received which were automatically forwarded to you.

You will be able to click on the lead and it will expand it at the bottom of the screen so that you can read through it. 

Do you screen the emails?

While we do block known spam email addresses, we are not able to screen all emails. If you receive an email through our software, it is up to you to decide if the emails is valid or spam. We will forward the emails we receive, but are not able to provide an opinion on if an email is legitimate.
