You can reset your PIN by clicking the link below the box where you enter your PIN. See the screenshot below.

You are also able to reset your PIN through the account settings:

Receiving a 404 (Page Not Found) error message? 

After requesting a PIN reset in the Account Settings, if you click the email link and receive a 404 (Page Not Found) error message, one of the following issues is occurring:

1. The link is a reused PIN reset email which has already been successfully used.

2. The request to reset the PIN was submitted multiple times, and an older link is being used. The most recent reset link must be used. 

3. The PIN reset email expired. 

If you see this error, wait a moment, then request another PIN reset. Wait until you receive the email, ensure that you only request it once. Give the link some time to get sent over to your email.
