California Window Security Bars Disclosure

California Civil Code § 1102.16 requires the disclosure of the existence of any window security bars and any safety release mechanism on those window security bars. 

The California Association of Realtors (CAR) California Transfer Disclosure Statement contains language to aid in complying with this disclosure.

How Do I Get the Correct Disclosure Form?
