California Transfer Fee Disclosure

California Civil Code § 1102.6e requires that if a property is subject to a transfer fee, then the seller must disclose this at the same time as the Transfer Disclosure Statement is provided.

The California Association of Realtors (CAR) has a form "Notice of Private Transfer Fee" (NTF) which sellers typically use to aid in this disclosure.
