Maryland Condominium Resale Disclosures

Maryland Code requires that a seller of property subject to the Maryland Condominium Act provide certain documents and disclosures to the buyer.

The Maryland Association of Realtors ("MAR") has created forms to aid the seller completing their disclosure obligations. Included in the MAR forms are documents for:

1. Resale Disclosure and Transmittal of Documents
2. Resale Disclosure Certificate From Council of Unit Owners (for projects of 7+ units)
3. Resale Notice

Where Can I Get a Copy of These Disclosures?

We will provide you a copy of any Maryland disclosure form for free upon submitting a flat fee MLS listing through our website. We charge a one-time fee of $95 to list your home on the MLS.
