Arizona's Early Real Estate Sales Alert System (ERAS) is a free, voluntary program offered by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to help protect property owners against deed fraud and unauthorized property sales. Property owners can register to receive alerts about potential transactions involving their property.
The buyer and seller initials on the first page simply acknowledge receipt of this information. This does not constitute consent to participate in the program. The authorization section on the second page allows buyers and sellers to authorize the escrow officer to submit transaction information to ERAS, including the seller's name, property address, and parcel number. All parties must consent for transaction information to be submitted, and participation is not required. Property owners can learn more or register at earlyalert.azre.gov.
