New Mexico Tax Levy Disclosure - County Instructions

Below you will find links to most County Assessors in New Mexico as well as directions for obtaining your tax levy certificate. You will need to provide the assessor with the list price of your property in order for them to complete the request. Once you receive the certficate, please send it to us. We will upload it with your disclosures in order to be compliant with the law. 

Bernalillo County Tax Assessor

• Search for Property 
• Click the Tax Calculator (left side) 
• Enter List Price and click Calculate 
• Save the page as a PDF 
• Return it with your disclosures

Catron County Tax Assessor

• Click Enter EagleWeb
• Search for Property 
• Click on Property
• Click Estimate Taxes (left side)
• Enter List Price and click Print Tax Estimate 
• Save as PDF 
• Return it with your disclosures

Chaves County Tax Assessor
