Missouri Seller’s Disclosure Statement for Commercial/Industrial Property

Missouri law requires that commercial/industrial property sellers disclose certain information in the sale of the property. The information includes, but is not limited to, adverse material facts, environmental hazards, and defects.

The Missouri REALTORS® provides a standard form "Seller’s Disclosure Statement for Commercial/Industrial Property" (also known by it's form ID of DSC-8010) which aids sellers in satisfying this disclosure requirement.
