Missouri Seller's Disclosure Statement for Residential Property

Missouri law requires that residential property sellers disclose certain information in the sale of a home. The information includes, but is not limited to, adverse material facts, environmental hazards, and physical defects.

The Missouri REALTORS® provides a standard form "Seller's Disclosure Statement for Residential Property" (also known by it's form ID of DSC-8000) which aids sellers in satisfying this disclosure requirement.
