Missouri law requires that farm and vacant lot/land sellers disclose certain information in the sale of the property. The information includes, but is not limited to, adverse material facts, environmental hazards, and defects.

The Missouri REALTORS® provides a standard form "Farm or Vacant Land or Lot Disclosure Statement" (also known by it's form ID of DSC-8020) which aids sellers in satisfying this disclosure requirement.
