The New Hampshire Property Disclosure – Land Only form is used when selling vacant land to provide buyers with important information about the property’s condition and characteristics. Sellers disclose details about water supply, sewage or septic systems, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, zoning, surveys, soil tests, and any known liens, easements, or restrictions affecting the property. Under New Hampshire RSA 477:-4-c, the disclosure should be provided before a buyer makes a written offer. If it is delivered after the offer is made, the buyer may have the right to rescind the contract after receiving the disclosure.
