Florida Flood Disclosure

Florida Statute 689.302 and 83.512 require that a seller or landlord must complete and provide a flood disclosure at or before the time an offer to sell (or a lease of 1 year or more) is executed.

How can I get a copy of the correct property disclosure?

You can download the form required from the state (seller here and landlord here), or we will provide you a copy of any Florida Realtors disclosure form for free upon submitting a flat fee MLS listing through our website.
