West Penn Multi List
- You cannot mention a lockbox / access code unless you have an MLS issued Supra lockbox on the property. We are not using Supra boxes for this MLS.
- Showing definitions
- APT/LB - Appointment/Lockbox- This is the one we will use unless seller states otherwise. Agent/Appraiser/Inspector must call the seller/owner and request the appointment prior to showing the home. They must get approval prior to showing the home.
- CALL/LB- Call/Lockbox - Similar to a courtesy call - Agent/appraiser/inspector must call first and state that they are going to show the property. They must leave a message for seller if unable to reach them. After speaking with seller or leaving a message, they can show the property.
- VAC/LB - Vacant/Lockbox - Similar to a "go and show" - Home is unoccupied and agent/appraiser/inspector is free to show the home.
