The Massachusetts Association of Realtors publishes a form, known as the Seller’s Statement of Property Condition Disclosure, which enables sellers to disclose the potential issues that the buyer may want to be aware of when purchasing the property. While the disclosure is not required by state law, we encourage sellers to provide the disclosure.
There are two versions of the Seller’s Statement of Property Condition Disclosure, one is for residential property and the other is for commercial property.
How Can I get a Copy of the "Seller’s Statement of Property Condition Disclosure" Form?
We will provide you a copy of any Massachusetts disclosure form for free upon submitting a flat fee MLS listing through our website. We charge a one-time fee of $95 to list your home on the MLS.
