Using ShowingTime app
Hi all, I've had my home listed for 2 days now but I can't find any information about linking the ShowingTime app to my email address. I know that my MLS uses ShowingTime, and when I've used realtors in the past they linked my email to the listing. I see no option to do that myself on the website and as of this writing there is no listing associated with the email I used for homecoin. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Hi, ShowingTime has an app which enables sellers to manage showings through their phone:

This is all they said, I still have no information about what they "set-up". I tried using both of my email addresses and different versions of my username to log in and it said no listings associated. When a "showingtime has been updated and set-up accordingly." What does that mean?1 -
Ask the staff which email they used for your property on ShowingTime. That is the email you want to use to log into the "Home by ShowingTime" app.

I have asked. Waiting to hear back. It would have made more sense for them to include which email in the original message to me. I also have only associated 1 email with homecoin so I have no clue which other email they might have used.
I do appreciate the quick reply and I'm looking forward to having this resolved by your staff.

Thank you very much, it has been corrected. For people reading this in the future, the detailed steps to get your home on ShowingTime are:
- Confirm the showing service used by your MLS: https://support.homecoin.com/hc/en-us/articles/16279638598035-Showing-Management-for-Sellers-and-Landlords
- Activate listing with Homecoin
- Open a support ticket and in the support ticket include the address of your listing, the MLS number, and the email address that you want associated with ShowingTime (probably should be the same as you used for your homecoin account.)
- Download the appropriate ShowingTime app for your platform: Apple App Store, Google Play, Desktop
- Create an account using the same email address that homecoin used in ShowingTime for your property.
- When you get confirmation from the support ticket that they have activated ShowingTime, open the app and confirm that you can see your listing. If it says no listings associated, email the support staff again and ask them to double check things.
(Please note, these steps are just a suggestion to avoid some of the back and forth between you and support staff. Hope it helps.)
