The Nevada Mold Notice and Waiver is to be included when a seller discloses, via the Nevada Seller’s Real Property Disclosure, that the existence of previous or current water damage and/or mold in the property. By signing this form, buyer and seller agree that the buyer is responsible for ordering any mold inspections and agrees to release the seller from liability for mold issues, unless the seller has knowingly misrepresented the issues.
