Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Inspection Notice

Note: This is typically handled by the buyer's lender.

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) requires that all transactions which will involve FHA mortgage insurance must have the buyers sign an Inspection Notice on or before the date the sales contract is executed. 

The Inspection Notice is a form that explains to buyers the importance of getting an inspection.

The California Association of Realtors (CAR) also provides their own version of the form (CAR form HID). We will provide you a copy of any Realtors disclosure form for free upon submitting a flat fee MLS listing through our website.
