Are the Holes on the Top or Bottom of the homecoin Sign for Hanging?

Yes, the top of the sign has holes 17" on-center. These holes are where the hooks of the post connects to.

The bottom of the sign has holes 14.5" on-center. These holes can be used to hang additional riders. Note that the post arm, which the sign hangs on, has a slot or screws for placing a riders as well.

I am an Agent Assisting a Seller that has an MLS Listing Through homecoin, Can I Use My Own Sign?

The MLS rules prohibit this, unfortunately.

Can I Use My "For Sale By Owner" Sign?

Yes, for most MLSs you can. Some MLSs require that it is noted on the MLS that a "For Sale By Owner" sign is present. We will update the below list based on the inquiries we receive. If you do not see your MLS noted, please submit a support request and we will research your local MLSs rules and update the below list.

Note that if you use your own sign, you should leave our brokerage information off of it as the states often have particular requirements for us if our information is on a sign.
