    MLSs generally only allow Exclusive Listings (exclusive right to sell or exclusive agency). The exception would be California, where we do Open listings and you could sign a non-exclusive listing agreement with multiple agents (not recommended though for the reason below).

    A challenge in California is if there were now two listings for the same property on the MLS, or the other agents listing was overriding your flat fee listing on websites. There are only so many places where buyers go to find listings. It all may add unnecessary complication - you can instead just allow them to share your listing with buyers and if they find a buyer, they can represent that buyer.

    Another buy owner mls service said non exclusive listing agreement  is permiitted

    The rules of the Georgia MLS (ARTICLE IV), which is the MLS we use, allow only Exclusive Right to Sell or Exclusive Agency.
