Can I convert the forms to ones for electronic signature

I get it that I can get various forms from Firsttuesday. Can I send them to buyers or their agents in a form that they can sign electronically? ( like Docusign)

  I am not too familiar with Docusign. So does it go like; I pay to Docusign and sign up for their service and then upload the form I got from Firsttuesday in Docusign and send them to buyer or their agents?
