    Please see the below explanations:

    • Tax Database ID - Select the appropriate county where your property is located.
    • Tax ID - Enter the parcel number as identified by your county tax assessor.
    • Disclosures io Link - If you are using http://disclosures.io/ for providing your disclosures, enter the link to them here.
    • Branded Media Link - If you have a virtual or 3d tour that includes contact information, place the link here.
    • Unbranded Media Link - If you have a virtual or 3d tour that does not include any contact information, place the link here.
    • Printed Neighborhood Rpt - Will you allow agents to include this listing in the advertising of properties available in a given market? Learn more here. Recommended answer is Yes.
    • VOW Include - Do you want your listing included in the listings displayed by agents on their Virtual Office Website (VOW)? A VOW is more detailed version of a real estate listing that you might see on a website such as Zillow/Trulia. Recommended answer is Yes.
    • VOW Address - Do you want your full address available on the VOW websites? Recommended answer is Yes.
    • VOW Comment - Do you want agents and/or consumers to be able to make comments on VOW websites about your property?
    • Pool Y N - Does your property have a pool?
    • Private Remarks to Agents - You can include instructions to agents on showings, offers, etc. We will automatically add your contact info to this field.

    Since we are not representing you in the paperwork and are only listing the property in the MLS for you, we are not included in the disclosures (typically sellers and buyer agents enter "MLS Entry Only" in spaces for "Listing Agent"). Please let us know if you have further questions.
