What adjustments will HomeCoin make regarding the MLS commission advertisement changes put in place by the NAR lawsuit which broadly go into affect on August 17th?

  The MLS is automatically removing any commission related fields, so no action is needed by homecoin or our customers to remove that. We are reviewing all listings to see if there is any reference to commissions outside of the commission field.

  We recommend customers review their listings to ensure they are not referencing commissions in any Private Remarks to Agents or similar fields.
