I can’t open an email that a buyer sent

I have a listing , and a buyer called me and said he had submitted an offer through Home Point. I didn’t get any notice of it. And I can’t open the email that was sent using the account. Any advice? I don’t want to miss an offer if I get one!

  Hi Karen, you can click the "Download PDF Attachments" button. You can also respond directly to the agent that sent the offer - their email appears under "Contact Sender" - and have them send it directly to you.
