What does "out of service area " mean for lockbox rental in zip code 32962 ??

  Hi Bob,
  That means that we do not currently have lockboxes available for the local MLS for that zip code. 32962 is in the primary service area of the Indian River MLS, and at this moment we are not a member. Many listings in this area also use one of the other nearby MLS' (e.g. Martin Co, Beaches, or Miami/SE FL), which we can list you on. The lockbox systems are often unique to the MLS, even though they all use the same hardware (Supra, SentriLock, etc).

  In this case, since we are not a member of Indian River MLS, we do not have lockboxes for their MLS either. We do have lockboxes available for SE FL MLS. Please let us know if you have further questions.
