The Vacant Land Addendum is to be completed when selling a parcel of land that will be split from a larger parcel. For instance, if a person has 20 acres and is only selling 5 acres. Owners should be as specific as possible when describing the portion of land to be sold. 

This form should be completed at the time the property is listed and uploaded to the MLS similar to the Pennsylvania Seller's Property Disclosure.
