The Oil, Gas, and Mineral Rights/Interests Disclosure (Form OGMD) lets buyers know the current status of any oil, gas, or mineral rights connected to the property and explains what the seller intends to do with those rights at the time of sale.

This form should be completed at the time the property is listed and be made available to potential buyers and uploaded to the MLS similar to the Pennsylvania Seller's Property Disclosure.
